For triathletes and duathletes who do not require a full cycling coaching package, I am able to provide specific sessions to meet your individual needs. These sessions can be structured to complement your training schedule.
If appropriate, I can ride with you to assess areas which need improvement. This may involve work on pedal technique or may be equipment related. I am also able to use the "Spin Scan" facility on the Computrainer to analyse your pedal stroke.
I can also offer advice on racing and pacing for time trials, warm up and warm down routines, nutrition and other areas of the discipline.
Having seen many triathletes and duathletes race, I believe that cycling is an area which can be improved for many, often for no extra fitness. I understand it is a matter of balancing your time and effort between the disciplines. Correctly structured sessions will enable you to make the most of the time you spend on the bike.
